PRIMITIVO Grape
A red grape varietal native to Croatia with roots dating back to the early Middle Ages. In the 18th century, the varietal made its way to Italy and then to the United States.
PRIMITIVO Wine
The strain is grown in different parts of the world and known by several different names – Primitivo in Italy, Crljenak in Croatia, Zinfandel in California and Australia.
PRIMITIVO Food Pairing
Primitivo wine goes well with Mediterranean dishes. The distinctive flavor of the liquor pairs perfectly with red and white meat, saffron risotto, pasta, pizza and lasagna. It goes perfectly with game, cheeses and cured meats. Primitivo wine is therefore ideal for lunch or dinner.

INTERIORS
PRIMITIVO’s interior design was inspired by the first home of Copenhagen’s famous NOMA restaurant. The materials we used for the decor are real are more than 100 years old old wood from the demolition of old cottages and barns, natural stone, ceramics and glass. Naturally, without plastic and plastics.
Our colors, are the colors of the earth-greens, browns, beiges, grays, shades of white and black. And red wine, of course.

We make every effort to make a visit to PRIMITIVO a feast for the palate and for the spirit. Unique climate and atmosphere – austere, yet cozy, simple, but very tasty, modest, but with warmth and genuine hospitality – this is what sets us apart!
Plus the perfect location – you’ll find us in nearby Wola, in the most dynamically developing part of Warsaw, in the new business and lifestyle center of the capital, between the Norblin Factory and the Warsaw Breweries, surrounded by office buildings, apartment buildings and hotels. We are located in a free-standing, one-story building with no directly adjacent residents, which gives us unlimited business opportunities. In addition, Guests visiting Primitvo will not have the impression of visiting a shopping mall, among random onlookers and passers-by.
And of course, space! We have large, open areas where we can host up to 200 people in a seated format. And above that, we have the largest seasonal garden in this part of Warsaw, where we can accommodate about 100 people.
